Inclusivity

NUS promotes an inclusive environment. We take great time and effort to ensure (to the best of our ability) that all events put on by NUS are fully inclusive so participants can share in the experience.

This means researching venues to ensure, wherever possible, they are accessible to all and have suitable equipment /accommodation for those participants with access needs. We take access issues seriously, working hard and liaising closely with anyone requesting access needs to ensure their requirements are met.

We can only achieve this if you book by the registration deadline date and you clearly state your requirements on the booking form. For your information, we are working with venues this year promoting accessibility and advising on ways to offer a better more accessible environment and service. Investigating and working with information from the DRC (Disabilities Rights Commission) is also on our agenda.
